Ridgley's is also famous for it's milkshakes and margaritas, so don't limit yourself. Ridgley's may be located a little ways outside of town, but the drive is definitely worth it. I've lived in Thailand near thirty years and have to say that Ridgley's food is at the top for Chiangmai. What really surprised me was the ribs. Never have I had a better plate of ribs in this country and I would rate them in the top for American too.
